Following the selection trials held yesterday at Sethaleng ground for the U/19 Ladies, on the picture are ladies who managed to make it into the national sides.

Yesterday marked the binning of a two (2) day selection trials for the U/19 girls, the young ladies are currently battling it hard at Sethaleng ground adjacent Maseru mall to pave their way into the national side that will be retained for eternity.

Yesterday the LCA staged a Press conference at Olympic house Geographically located at Maseru West. The LCA created this platform to officially introduce the new executive board as well as to discuss its strategic plan document/blueprint.

Today the Lesotho Cricket Association concluded the Sports Reporters Refresher held at L.N.O.C. premises. This was a two day event aimed at equipping the local Sports Reporters with a knowledge on how to report about cricket in terms of matches won and lost.

As way of developing sport countrywide as well as to instil competition into our athletes, the L.N.O.C. jointly with the L.S.R.C. are currently running the Maseru National Youth Games slated for 1st to 4th October 2025. In cricket, only girls are taking part in these games.

The Lesotho senior women's national team has been invited by the International Cricket Council (ICC) to compete in the World Cup Qualifiers slated for 17th to 27th July 2025 in Gaborone Botswana. This is a massive event or platform created for ladies to showcase their talent.

On the 6th & 7th the LCA staged a Cricket Elementary Course at Ha Mohatlane with the intention of spreading the beautiful game of cricket countrywide. It is in this course whereby Mpara,Mona,Mohatlane ACL,Mohatlane RC & Mohatlane Skills training centre managed to send delegates.

Yesterday through the schools visiting programme our development office visited Kepi Gorvenment primary school located at Teyateyaneng in Lithabaneng village.The aim here was nothing but to instill cricket basics into kids in a fun filled manner.
