The Minister of Food and Agriculture Mr Eric Opoku officially opened the 41st National Farmers Day Celebration on Monday, 1st December, 2025 at Ho in the Volta Region. As part of the opening ceremony, he led a delegation to tour the Exhibition Pavilions.

COCOBOD delegation joined coffee stakeholders to celebrate the 2025 Coffee Festival. CRIG showcased some robusta coffee materials including coffee seedlings, coffee biscuits and Ghana Dark Bar Coffee chocolate.

This morning, the Cocoa Producer Price Review Committee, chaired by Hon. Dr Ato Forson, reviewed cocoa prices following forex market changes. Gov’t has increased the producer price from GH¢3,228.75 to GHS 3,625 per bag, an extra GH¢400 for every farmer. #CocoaGhana #FarmersFirst
