CLANCY TRIAL UPDATE: The judge has decided he WILL give a manslaughter instruction to the jury tomorrow.

This means the jury could now find Lindsay Clancy guilty of murder, guilty of the lesser manslaughter charge, or not guilty by reason of insanity due to postpartum psychosis.

Basically, if the jury still wants to hold Lindsay criminally responsible for killing her kids, but doesn’t feel the Commonwealth proved their murder case beyond a reasonable doubt, they now have a much lesser option for conviction that would have significantly less prison time.

I have learned Bryan Kohberger has accepted a plea deal.
Sources confirm the prosecution has proposed dropping the death penalty in exchange for Kohberger pleading guilty to committing the four murders and serving life,

Bryan Kohberger's case is being transferred to Ada County (Boise, Idaho.)
Judge Steven Hippler will be assigned to the case, according to a ruling by the Idaho Supreme Court.
Kohberger will be transferred from Moscow, Idaho to the the Ada County Jail.
