When speaking legally, we might prefer not to punish someone who didn’t mean to kill as much as someone who did. @hopelessxentric As a question, I know cloth masks aren’t nearly as effective as N95s. Do you have any studies that might show specifics about effectiveness? I’m trying to convince people near me to mask, and even being able to say cloth is X% effective would help a lot.
