The black, yellow and red proudly carry the colors of our national flag, while the woven textures honor Uganda’s tradition of working with natural materials. The striking circular patterns represent unity and the beautiful diversity of our communities, each different, yet belonging to one nation.

At the heart of the headpiece stands the Grey Crowned Crane, Uganda’s national bird, a powerful symbol of the country I am honored to represent.

More than a costume, this is a story of identity, heritage, craftsmanship and national pride. From the Pearl of Africa to the Miss World stage, I wear Uganda with pride.
