@aryanakane63383@mojorisn75 Donโt get me wrong itโs not like Russia was some industrial superpower in the late tsarist era, but there was a period of rapid growth, and had it not been for world war 1, a strong and liberal Russia would have likely emerged as a result of continued reform efforts.
