@UPS_UK Guess what, the driver didn't deliver today because it didn't say on his system that I've paid the invoices. What do I need to do? Just let me know at this point I'm better of buying a plain ticket getting the item my self and coming back.

@UPS_UK I wrote yesterday about my parcels, I was specific with what was going on and the details, I even got a call from someone about my parcel supposedly being delivered today. I paid my duty and vat on Monday.

@UPS_UK Unfortunately it's not in my hands, the shippers choose ups because they have a contract with them, but I'll make sure that changes... Horrible company, instead of blooming in the damn pandemic, they get worse amk...

@UPS_UK I schedule callback from some manager to talk about this horrible delivery experience but no one calls back. At this point I'm an employee at UPS, damn this company so horrible. I just want to know, do I need to hire someone to talk you guys everytime I expect deliveries

day to check on it and somehow the person who take the payment doesn't register it on the system and now I have to wait one more day. Other parcel that I was supposed to receive, was at ups 15 days until I had to call the shipper and ask where it is.
