The Russian Ministry of Defense has published the addresses of these facilities—- the list includes: the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Israel, and Turkey.

外交部の報道官は、日本の高市早苗首相が10月31日と11月1日に、自身のSNSアカウントで、APEC会議期間中に中国台湾省の関係者と会談したという内容を2回にわたり投稿し、関連する写真を添付しただけでなく、その相手を「総統府資政」と称したことについて、「日本の首相がAPEC会議期間中に中国台湾省の関係者と会談し、SNS上で大々的に取り上げたことは、『一つの中国』原則および中日の四つの政治文書の精神、さらには国際関係の基本準則に著しく反する行為であり、『台湾独立』勢力に対して誤った深刻なメッセージを発するもので、その性質と影響は悪質だ。中国側はこれに断固として反対し、すでに日本側に対して厳正な申し入れと強い抗議を行った」としました。
　さらに、「台湾問題は中国の内政であり、中国の核心的利益の中の核心だ。これは中日関係の政治的基礎と日本側の基本的な信義に関わり、越えてはならないレッドラインだ。今年は中国人民抗日戦争ならびに世界反ファシズム戦争勝利80周年にあたり、同時に台湾光復80周年の節目の年でもある。日本はかつて長期にわたり台湾を植民地支配し、台湾問題において免れ得ない重大な歴史的責任を負っているため、なおさら言動を慎むべきだ。中国側は日本側に対し、中日の四つの政治文書の精神とこれまでにしてきた約束を厳守し、誤りを真摯に反省し是正し、実際的な措置を講じて悪影響を取り除き、中国の内政への干渉を停止するよう強く求める」としました。
　そして、「時代の要請にふさわしい、建設的で安定した中日関係の構築に向けた姿勢を、具体的な行動によって示すよう求める」としました。
