Last April 23rd, our school celebrated the Spanish Language Day.
At ISA we come together and share our love of the language. In addition to celebrating and promoting the language, we are also proud of uniquely diverse culture at ISA.
It was such a fun and educational @literacyWeek@ISAruba This year was all about Japanese and Chinese cultures. From shadow plays, to making Gyozas. It’s really more fun at @ISSCommunity
I work with a great team of loving, supportive, and fun individuals! Here is our Elementary team from @ISAruba wearing our If you give a mouse…a pig…a mouse etc. in celebration of our literacy week! So blessed to be working with Cool people! @ISSCommunity@LauraNumeroff
We are not just educators at #isaruba we are also full of hidden skills and talents. This week we started with our #afterschool activities, that nurtures our students passion and interests. Here are just some of our students and staff in action @ISSCommunity

#Isaruba we teach our #Gradeone students the #GlobalGoals: SDG 2 focuses explicitly on food by seeking to “end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture”. The #DIYplanters are made from old AC ducts. We can’t wait to taste our #herbs
@Skittles Lol! #Skittles followed me😂We Just used the different colors of #Skittles and milk for a #ScienceExperiment and #PEACEDAY2021 to show that even though we are different(in race, in culture), we can create a beautiful color wheel.
Paleontology is a great opportunity to teach kids about biology, evolution, and scientific thinking. When kids are intrigued, their brains are especially primed to learn the answers. Fossil making collab with Mr. Raths and 8th graders #ISSedu#paleontology
#InternationalDotDay#Quiver September 15th is observed as International Dot Day which is all about creating your own mark by believing in your abilities. The #1stgraders at #Isaruba motivated & inspired each other to set goals and then make them a reality by working hard.
#silkie#issedu#SDGGOALS#ISAruba The sustainable Development Goal to “End hunger, achieve Food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture(SDG2)” inspired two grades and several teachers to research, design, build a chicken coop at our school.Eggciting!
