The game feels really grindy and there are times I want to do other roles with my friends but I feel like ill miss out on unlocking guns I want to use for other roles so I dont do whats best for the team in order to keep grinding

It is the player base. Unfortunately there’s a lot of selfish players who refuse to swap but then will flame the guy who does fill for not playing perfectly.

Games biggest problem is genuinely the player base and idk how you fix that.
