The GPU image was added as it looks off to me, but they state it was to stop socket sagging.

Order a PC from @PCSpecialist, wait a month and it arrives like this after being rushed. Which is evident by the build and test times on their site. Bent screws, dented case, damaged PSU, amongst a variety of other issues.

Hardly the quality one would expect from specialists.

They are saying that this is a result from transit. Seems a bit unlikely to me. Got other photos of issues but these were the main ones. Some may say it's trivial, but now when you spend a fortune on a PC that you expect to come in good condition. Don't see how this was transit.

Took a week for them to come to the decision that it needs a full replacement. After hours of calls and emails it still took them a week to figure this out. Offered an extended warranty as compensation and nothing else to rectify this happening in the first place.
