@SenTomCotton Kids don’t have time to play outside during standard time. Kids are staring at their screens before you can even start driving home (in the dark) to do any outdoor activities with them. Standard time = more screen time & less outdoor time for kids (& adults!)

@SenTomCotton Is it impossible to change school start time? During the winter months, people are driving home from work in the dark in traffic. Delivery drivers are delivering packages in an extra hour of darkness. Some driving on icy roads in the dark. Make Daylight Saving Time permanent!
