We’re starting something new.

As Waizowl moves toward developing our own molds and designing mice from the ground up, we want the community involved from the very beginning.

So we’re opening the Waizowl Mouse Lab.

Got a mouse idea you’ve always wanted to see?

A weird shape?
A strange grip concept?
A ridiculous button layout?
An unusual material?
Something that makes absolutely no sense but you still want someone to try?

Send it to us.

We’ll go through the submissions, pick out ideas we think are interesting, and actually try to prototype some of them.

And we’re going to share the entire process publicly.

You may see your ideas being sketched, modeled, 3D printed, tested, changed, broken down, rebuilt, and discussed by the community.

The most promising concepts will move into a community voting stage, where we’ll collect even more feedback before deciding what could become a real Waizowl product.

Como comentaba hace unos días, vista la deriva autoritaria que vemos en el mundo, con las evidencias que tenemos del menoscabo de los Derechos Fundamentales de los ciudadanos que, en particular son severas en cuanto a sus Derechos Digitales Fundamentales... creemos que es nuestra responsabilidad tomar acción.

Es por ello que lanzamos el proyecto #cryptograFREE. Este proyecto va a avanzar lenta e implacablemente para hacer imposible que funcionen cosas como los bloqueos incontrolados de IP. También crear mecanismos de canales encubiertos anticensura o sistemas distribuidos que permitan al ciudadano contar con negación plausible frente al exceso de los poderes.

Vamos a empezar con un concurso de herramientas centradas en garantizar los Derechos Fundamentales.

@MattL4J No plan for a revision of XE-S at this moment, the only confirmed revision is for XE currently estimate for late this year, for other shapes we have made no decision on which ones would be upgraded or sequence

@KeychronMK I wonder if they could make it a bit lighter by using less plastic, so that even if it doesn’t weigh 30g with a replaceable battery, the weight still doesn’t exceed 35g.
