John C. Calhoun - Was a full-throated Democrat, at the time he wrote and gave his “Speech on the Oregon Bill” (1848): Calhoun directly attacked the idea that “all men are born free and equal,” saying “there is not a word of truth in it,” and he also criticized the Declaration’s statement that “all men are created equal” as “erroneous.” He argued that “individual liberty, or freedom, must be subordinate” to whatever power is necessary for social safety and order. This is from whom Woodrow Wilson grabbed the baton, in the progressive race toward nullifying the American Constitution. This is where Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Hakeem Jeffries, and all the other far-left Democrats are wanting to take America. It is bait-and-switch-selling at its epitome. Democratic rule professed - authoritarian rule implemented. If you believe evil exists and it incessantly tries to extinguish the light of truth, then here is a classic example - unsuspecting pawns, as the perpetrators might be. Be vigilant! Be aware of your surroundings! Be proactive!

In real estate and construction terms, President Trump has taken on a new project. He is taking Iran down to the studs! ALL he wants is for all the outdated, toxic materials be demolished and removed and then he is giving it to the neighborhood to rebuild. He has NO interest in restricting who rebuilds it. BUT, if the flippers use toxic materials in the rebuilding process, he will once again take it down to the studs and stand aside for new builders to reconstruct the structure. Very, very simplistic real estate deal. It’s indeed an art form!
