Just arrived in the post, my copy of Performance Costume (eds)@SPantouvaki & Peter McNeil. It looks gorgeous, fascinating & really useful.
It’s so lovely to see chapters by those who I first met at @CriticalCostume in Helsinki in 2015 & look forward to seeing again ‘soon’.
As part of the requirements for my masters degree, I have to find somewhere to give a conference and publish a paper about #costumedesign before next spring but I don't know any places other than @CriticalCostume#costume designers please help, any ideas?

@kitty_g_d’s presentation for @CriticalCostume just did that! Thank you so much!

Had a blast @CriticalCostume Costume Agency 2020 today. Fascinating working group on costuming ‘othered’ bodies and then a very fruitful discussion about historicism and materiality in the mid 20th century after my paper. Just wish we could have talked for longer and in person!
Lorraine Smith, senior lecturer in Dance @TeessideUni will be producing video presentation titled 'Who is choreographing the costume performance? A discussion on shared agency' for the @CriticalCostume 2020 conference archive. Find out more: https://t.co/DtbmuJyM6O
Finally recorded my paper for @CriticalCostume. Wonderful to have the chance to share Terry's Portia #costume & to know that it will be part of an online video library...But this format definitely come with a whole new level of nerves & impostor syndrome!
The conference will be online and it is for free. Critical Costume 2020 Online Video Library and Exhibition will launch in August! More info on https://t.co/EwVqJEKw6Y
