@ADHDForReal Not sure if this will make any sense but you and your brain are separate, when stressed the brain will try to take over but it isn't very good at it. Your inner monologue is key here, tell yourself to calm, breath slowly, listening to calm music helps. Do the basics if possible.

@ADHDForReal I woke up and realized everything is made up and nothing really matters, hard as it may seem the whole of society is just a massive play and everyone just acts how others expect them too. It takes time and a lot of self questioning about reality, I'm still on the journey tbh.
