@StatsGH Inaccurate methodology. They just look at the state of a country, the predominant jobs the people are doing and then slap a number on them. Nobody goes out to give out any structured test. So Ghanaians living in Ghana have low IQs but different for Ghanaian living abroad?!🤷🏽‍♂️

I do research on Ghanaian legislation I can say no practical thinking goes into our laws. Most drafters just sit in their offices, copy provisions in US & UK laws, make some small changes and call it a bill. I once saw the word ‘county’ in a Ghanaian bill and that’s when I knew.
