@airindiain AI569 this morning re routed from MAA-BOM to MAA-HYD-BOM without any intimation to the passenger and got delayed by an hour. Due to which I missed my other flight AI645 from BOM-JDH. Calling upon you to issue me the refund for the new ticket I had to book in 6E.

@Neha04612894 @happyeasygo Just averting their liability, similar thing happened with me. They initiated an incomplete refund, later in some of the instances they said full refund was initiated and sometimes acknowledged that refund is still to be paid. I use to recommend HEG to everyone, not anymore.
