@LynnBurnsRNutr Yes, I can relate I think I took cereal or porridge or something similar. It just felt weird to be eating a normal meal during the middle of the night๐
A4: From personal experience of working a night shift ๐ I found it difficult to eat a 'proper' meal on breaks as it felt weird eating during the night and there was a tendency to graze continuously

@Dr_A_Johnstone I have noticed that once I have eaten breakfast, I want to eat my lunch earlier. I thought it would have been the opposite as I would be satisfied for longer, but it's not๐ค #Chrono_Nutr
