@CrohnsColitisUK Leeds Network brings support and information to people with Crohn's and Colitis in the local area, as well as their family and friends.
You may have noticed people using a sunflower lanyard to indicate an invisible disability, and let others know that they might need additional support.
If you think this would help you, they’re available at the hidden disabilities store.

Day 2 of Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Week! As part of our celebrations to raise awareness, you'd usually find us carol singing in Leeds City Centre. As we can't do this this year, here are some photos from previous years 💜 @CrohnsColitisUK#CrohnsAndColitisAwarenessWeek
“I decided to do the Dawn til Dusk charity walk to give back to the charity as they have done so much for me and I wanted to give special thanks to the IBD nurses who have been so supportive and informative especially during the pandemic” @CrohnsColitisUK@CrohnsColitisFR
It’s also #GivingTuesday so we’d like to kick off by celebrating an amazing fundraising achievement by one of our local members. Mark Jacobs raised an INCREDIBLE £2,043 by doing a sponsored 27 mile walk

It's been a while since we've been able to host a face to face social due to the coronavirus pandemic. @CrohnsColitisUK have planned a series of pilot virtual socials over the next few months, which is perfect for anyone who is missing our coffee mornings!
These events are hosted by volunteers from other Networks (not the Leeds and District team) but you're free to attend any of the sessions (so don't worry about signing up to an event in Northern Ireland for example!)
