@BenBradgate I didn’t think it looked too difficult All you had to do was make the pastry add the almond sponge add the cheesecake layer and make a jelly by boiling fruit and sugar Trifle looked way more complex and time consuming Swiss roll custard amaretto biscuits is too much much effort
