We discussed top health ❤️🩹 priorities for North Norfolk, including: (1/3)
@BylinesEast@OscarWoofs Like one comment says, it is worse in reality. Parish Councils still very vulnerable to fraud - still happening. District Councils now annually incurring debts borrowing to pay PC precepts up front, which are two lump payments rather than 12 over year. Lots needs to change.
@BylinesEast@OscarWoofs Good article. Little known, but PCs can pay allowances. Up to Council if they introduce them. Some, mostly Town Councils, have allowances just for Chairman and few for all members.
Desperate need of reform. volume of complaints is like doing the washing up for District Councils.
