November is also #NationalHomelessYouthAwarenessMonth . Did you know that 8.8% of LGBTQ Youth at risk of dropping out of school are experiencing homelessness?

We 🧡 this! Our data show that just having supportive school staff means LGBTQ students feel safer in school, have higher self-esteem, and have lower levels of depression -- and visual displays of support are a great way to signal to students that staff have their back.
