IndieDevs, please don't wait with your marketing until the very last minute.

Events like Summer Game Fest and all its showcases are known. Steam Next Fest's date is no surprise either.

Give yourself some runway to prepare for them, or to avoid them, so you don't end up sharing a big announcement alongside a ton of other (bigger) games.

If you have to rush everything, it's not great for the game, and not so great for us PR folks who have to work 6 night shifts in a row 😅
