@viennainterlude@SunnyB0120@emnhl So she is not dead, it is left purposely ambiguous so the writers didnt have to take any risks and rather just write a happy, whimsical story where no life is ever threatened
@teejayhi55 @clueified Then why show it? They are intentionally leaving the door open and removing all emotional impact of the scene by giving not giving clear confirmation of death
@teejayhi55 @clueified They didnt treat Vecna like a threat when he put up no fight and died 45 minutes into the episode. And there was no stakes because no characters are ever put in any risk, you know asoon as you load up the episode and see that Steve fakeout everyone will be ok
@KattarsKannon@Keegan59992745 Then why show her alive, regardless of if they intended for her to actually be dead they are still leaving the door open, removing all stakes
@Cryptic_E1@Keegan59992745 Because the show is meant to be about these world ending threats and if these threats cant even kill a single main character there are no stakes and you just know they're gonna come out on top with little-no trouble
@teejayhi55 @clueified They gave us an actually good moment where El sacrifices herself and then ripped it away in the final scene, once again removing any type of emotional weight or stakes that were ever present
@teejayhi55 @clueified As I said, there were no stakes, at no point did I actually fear for a character or the world, they don't even treat Vecna like he's a threat, they kill him with no fight whatsoever, they dont explain Henry's backstory(what was that stone and how did that dude have it)
