Poll reveals 0% of parents surprised at the poll showing 86% of women found childcare affected their earnings and job prospects 😜… There is a debate in Parliament later today to discuss the funding and affordability of the childcare sector….
Just as Gov was quick to put London in Tier 3 after rising rates, it is only fair that areas in the North that have had falling rates for months are put into Tier 2.
Many places have had restrictions for ages.
We're all guilty, myself included, of focusing too much on London.
I think most people agree that the curfew is a failure.
Doesn't stop the spread, if anything it makes it worse, and it's flattening hardworking business owners who have already suffered enormously.
Have we seen any science behind it yet? No.
Cancel the curfew.
In April, for every death, we found 5.5 cases.
In September, for every death, we are finding 283 cases.
Two things to note:
1. Test more = find more.
2. The virus isn't as severe as we first thought.
So let’s get this straight.
We found over half a billion for a scheme which spread the virus but can find nothing for a scheme to stop it? 🤷🏻♂️

Report today; "Participants who tested positive for the coronavirus were approximately twice as likely to have reported dining at a restaurant in the 14 days leading up to their diagnosis, compared with those with negative test results" https://t.co/oRVdbhQ8K0
In case it was missed. The Tories have voted against a clause to protect the NHS from being part of trade deals with the US. They have voted against protecting food standards in the U.K. That is two things they swore would be protected after leaving the EU. Simply they are lying.
There's been a remarkable recovery from the virus in London.
Reports are stating just 634 new cases have been recorded in the last fortnight.
Considering the size and density of the city that is amazing.
The rest of the country should follow soon.
The U.K. govt have always said that there was no point screening people’s temp arriving at airports because people can be infected before showing a raised temp. One measure for schools is to check pupil’s temp on arrival each day. How does the govt explain this contradiction?
@mixygirl Helloooo missed you for ages Gina. We had pasta and pesto (not quite enough pesto) with veg and chicken. We have a tim of jackfruit in the cupboard I’ve had no idea what to do with it but I might try to make burgers now!! Hope you’re ok ♥️
