The children have really enjoyed our Spanish day this week!
We learnt lots of Spanish, wrote fact files about Spain, and even created our own art in the style of Joan Miró.

Today we created a passport to France. We learnt new phrases and sang a French song, looked at countries that speak French, did a French maths lesson, and even enjoyed tasting some French foods! Tres bien la classe! 🇫🇷

Our topic “Survival” sees us reading Kensuke’s Kingdom. This week we have written Haiku poetry based on the story. We have also mapped Michael’s island & studied tornados as an art form. Da iawn Blwyddyn 6!
