****Breaking news **** Moments ago, Mulgrew attests to UFT exec board that @UFT has indeed lodged a formal complaint about @NYCSchools proposed plan to conduct the upcoming NYC TRS election based on the plan being in violation to admin code 13-507.

Reportedly, the DOE spoke with UFT and @ben4trs campaign today saying it still intends to run the election. They are still forging ahead with their election process knowing that their plan is in violation of law, @JumaaneWilliams @NewYorkStateAG ?
