I viewed it with disdain thinking FC was jumping on the mental health bandwagon. How wrong I was. I LOVE THIS BOOK. This is the best, most well written book out for years.

Never have I been more surprised than I am about Fearne Cotton. Her book Happiness should be in all schools, every surgery and in everyones homes. it is such a well written book.
