The Seven Mountain Mandate is a strong delusion.
A false utopia created by man and demons.
You'll eventually have to walk away from them and let them live under their delusion.
They're on the Titanic, and even as their lungs fill up with water, they'll deny it's sinking.
Jon Zens has some of the best works on the organic church, also simple church and house church. He's a veteran on the subject. #organicchurch#housechurch#simplechurch
"Experience supplies painful proof that traditions once called into being are first called useful, then they become necessary. At last they are too often made idols, and all must bow down to them or be punished."
- J. C. Ryle
Would anyone mind praying for my husband?
He is nearing the end of his journey with Cancer. He has chosen to do without palliative care and I never imagined how hard this would get.
I appreciate you all.
Help me out folks, because maybe I am missing something here lol.
If atheists truly don't believe in God, then why do so many of them spend their mental time and energy talking about Him, discussing Him and attacking people who disagree with them if that is truly the case.
If you don't believe something, why spend your life obsessing about it? It makes no sense at all.
Do you remember a time when the Holy Spirit did not strive with you? Many will say no.
Do you have memories where you were able to recognize the presence of God, without being born again? Many will say yes to this.
Why is this? Because God's grace was drawing you near to Him. We often overlook how predestination plays into salvation, but it is still an act of our will that we are saved.
We may see God in nature and see His healing power manifested in others but this does not mean we are saved. Salvation is a gift that must be received by faith. (Eph 2:8-9)
"Even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will."
—Ephesians 1:4-5
"according to the foreknowledge of God the Father by the sanctifying work of the Spirit to be obedient to Jesus Christ and to be sprinkled with His blood: May grace and peace [that special sense of spiritual well-being] be yours in increasing abundance [as you walk closely with God]"
—1 Peter 1:2
I occasionally get Christians who (possibly genuinely) rebuke me for being a woman and running this account. They cite 1 Timothy 2:12 and say I’m “indiscriminately teaching, therefore taking authority over men”
So I decided to explain how this account came to be.
I initially created a Twitter to debate political policy before and during Covid. And keep track of what was going on.
During this time two things happened, I came across a tweet by someone who posted Chuck Misslers Revelation series, and i watched it. In doing so , I was blown away at how much I could understand the Bible when presented by Chuck and furthermore how much proof for God is in the Bible.
I thought to myself “I wish someone had shown me and told me all this sooner”
So I began sharing what I was learning from Chuck here on Twitter. And people began to follow me.
I then started my own women’s studies where I use Chuck Misslers studies as a basis for my notes so I can share the meat of the Bible with women so they can also have the truth of scripture revealed to them.
I do this to help increase biblical literacy. When people rebuke me, I have taken it to God and told him if I’m sinning to take my account. He never has and it’s only grown. Despite telling people this, they still say I’m sinning.
I don’t see it as sin. If I’m wrong, then I will accept my punishment, because I really think people need to hear and need to see what I’m sharing. That people need to hear the word of God, they need to know the Bible proves God, they need to know how to find Christ in the OT. They need the meat of scripture. So that’s why I do this. Jesus said if men held their peace the stones would cry out.
Maybe I’m a stone. But I’m crying out: “This way to Christ and life everlasting”
Thank you.
“And Moses said unto the people, Fear not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will show to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, you shall see them again no more for ever.” Exodus 14:13
"Given the propensity of human traditions to multiply and block the truth, it is important for believers to be sure that their practice of church is built on the correct foundation." - Jon Zens
