Seen today at 3:40pm: person driving a car westbound on Harney St between 35th and 36th Streets. The driver ended up pulling over upon seeing oncoming cars that confirmed Harney is one way eastbound all day, every day.

It is not a proper noun. The runza was called just that by other families around Lincoln long before the Everett family claimed the name. And I will put my grandma's runzas against Sally's any day.
