After 6 weeks of buying /packing food parcels for @sthelenscouncil and completing 360 boxes. It has finally come to an end now the council are using their own staff. BFY enjoyed helping the response to children in isolation. Thank you @ChrisSt80594894 for All Saints free hall
@amandaSCPDN Knowing people are there to listen and offer that support when someone is ready, or needs to talk is so vital to people in these situations... And knowing they're not the only one helps massively too... That there's no shame and you don't have to hide what's happening ๐ xx
Domestic abuse does not discriminate... And it encompasses more than physical abuse. We are living in a time, which increases isolation, stress and time spent at home - all of which can escalate the problem. Be aware, be mindful, be an open door... You are not alone ๐
