Today, FIDA-Uganda had the opportunity to host the @CrossroadsIntl Team at our head offices in Ntinda.

CrossRoads is a leading Canadian Volunteer cooperation agency advancing equality for women and girls and eradicating poverty in some of the worlds poorest countries in Africa.

Among the issues discussed were the different human resource exchange Programmes that FIDA-Uganda shall benefit from including the Scholars for Social Change programme and the VCP programme.

We are pleased to have such a partnership as it will not only strengthen the operations of our human resource unit but will also enable cross learning between the different partners.
