We are aware of low to no water pressure being experienced in the area. Our crews are actively working to isolate a leak located on Miami Drive. Once the leak has been isolated, we will be able to determine which customers are impacted

We weren’t notified by PUA staff until early yesterday morning so the PUA knew and relayed a message to some of their own customers before they contacted us for the wholesale MUDs. We agree that’s embarrassing not getting communication timely from the pua staff
Update on the boil water advisory issued yesterday by the West Travis County PUA
The advisory is being canceled effective immediately for all West Travis County MUD customers. Our MUD water samples are clean.

Samples have been pulled for our systems in the MUDs and we hope to review clearing the BWN tomorrow

Operators are working on refilling the elevated storage tank and pressurizing water lines. The expectation is to have water services restored before 5:00 pm today.

We have received reports of low to no water pressure in the Sonterra MUD district since early this morning. We are on site at a water main break at the Water Treatment Plant 1 in the district and have been working and will continue working to resolve this issue. (1/2)
