@AzureSupport I'm getting an error trying to connect to my Azure SQL Database. I'm unsure on how to move forward.

@AzureSupport One of the steps we found is to invoke AzSQLDatabaseFailover but we are unsure if we should invoke said command on the Master database as that is the database producing the error. Would you recommend this?

@AzureSupport We've been receiving this error for more than 1 hour. Well beyond the expected 60 second transient error outage.

@azuresupport #azTechHelp Adding IP Restrictions for security to an Azure API App slows the application to a crawl and is unusable. Why would adding IP restrictions affect the performance of the Api App?
