How many convicted murderers have been set free in Philly who had exhausted all appeals and had relief denied but were then set free by the DA without an evidentiary hearing nor any real evidence of innocence?

Krasner took a stabbing
in Rittenhouse Square
and sold it as a race story.
“Poor Black man.”
“Wealthy white man.”
“The process worked.”

It did not work.
He downgraded the charge.
He gave Michael White
the sweetheart deal.
Then he called for violence
on Republicans.

White did not vanish.
He threatened me in public.
Then he threatened
the same DA who cut him loose.

While I was disarmed
for two years
after they stripped my permit
as a crime victim,
the city was weaponized
against me
for speaking these truths.

That was not a dispute.
That was an attack
on freedom of speech
and on constitutionally
protected rights
in the city
where the Constitution
was written.

DA rhetoric.
Permit games.
Unanswered reports.
The smear.
The silence
when I needed police.

The speech was not conspiracy.
Three-letter agencies
have since confirmed
what I said in public
about this city’s corruption
and the targeting of people
who would not shut up.

September 2026:
A federal judge
took Krasner off a murder file
and referred him
to the U.S. Attorney.

False narrative.
Possible conspiracy.
Possible obstruction.

Same office.
Same method.
Different docket.

He used race
to protect a defendant.
He used the city
against a citizen
who told the truth.
The court just used a memorandum
to take the case
out of his hands.

The process did not work
in Rittenhouse Square.
It is not working
for him now.
