@QueenAnticommie I think that maybe meeting in person once a quarter would be good, sometimes in person can be much more productive than via iPad.
No trading should be in there though too, and include extended family. You know some senator's grandma would suddenly start earning like crazy.

Duncan wants to snuggle, Hugo Beans wants to squish and nibble.

Hugo Beans did not like a weird guy on our hike today. Was on high alert, didn't wag his tail, stayed right next to me just staring. He still loved the river, but went right back to being alert. Made me feel safe.

Hugo Beans loves his cousin Violet. She seems to quite like him too. Realize, she is 5 (remarkably well socialized covid puppy), he is 5 1/2 months.

Also, Donut likes that Hugo mostly sleeps on the floor or the couch now since he barely fits in his massive bed anymore.

Sometimes it is hard to remember that your 60 pound dog is a 5 month old puppy. Then he's goofy, needs a nap, has a tantrum, and pouts on the stairs.

His favourite thing about hiking is is when we go to a body of water. I end up wet and muddy after every hike too.

Went to the coast and a river yesterday with Hugo Beans and my oldest son. Got to hang out with my mom. Today we visited Hugo's "cousin" Violet at the new house her mom moved to. He's about as tall as her, but 15 pounds lighter and not as muscular yet since he's only 5 months

@On5286Caroline Thank you, me too. I'm hoping my fever goes away, I'm prone to getting quite high ones. Had a 105 one in high school and was hallucinating. Thought my mom was trying to drown me and was speaking gibberish (it was me) and the walls were moving with things floating in the air😵‍💫

The cats love that I have a fever. I went from 96.5 to 101 in a couple hours. Everything aches. Apparently I make a good heater now. I tend to find lonely germs, take them in, give them a nice home to grow and thrive in. I should become a hermit.
