Each year the budget process is the always a tough one. I am grateful to the staff for preparing a solid budget for this year that advances many of the City Council's goals.
Today, we passed that budget unanimously with NO tax increase for the citizens of Raleigh. I am very thankful that we will have more funding for affordable housing, green ways, and I am excited that we are advancing the Dix Park Edge Area Plan.
