Beware the @hiltonatlanta is not the place to stay. Our bed sheets had blood stains, toilet was leaking and could not be fixed. Moved to an ADA room with no bathtub, dirty towels, parking was sold out, Manager Laura refused to speak with me!

@hiltonatlanta is the worst hotel. Sheets had blood stains, toilet was leaking, moved to an ADA room with no bathtub stating that was the only room available. Dirty towels, refused to clean room, no parking available. Manager Laura refused to speak with me.

Our stay at Azul in Negril, Jamaica was horrible from being ignored upon entry, to stained bed sheets, restaurants running out of food, staff not wanting to bring drinks to the beach area because of rain, to carrying on own luggage. We received no assistance! @Karismahotels
