@MeganJBradley I feed my cat up on a wooden chest. Luckily, I have a dog who doesn't try to get into things because he could reach it if he tried just a little. Or you could put door stops on both sides of a door to keep it open just enough for the cat to fit through.

@95hannahlouise@LKB64 While my dog will let me handle his feet (it took a lot of training even for that), he won't allow any implements near them. My vet tech can do it, but he gets so stressed about it that he has to be doped beforehand. My vet suggested Trazadone. It definitely takes the edge off.
