Dementia is used to describe a group of symptoms, such as memory loss, confusion, mood changes and communication difficulties. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia.

At CNCA we have received #NationalLottery funding from @TNLComFund for our Community Connections
project! We had a fabulous Coronation party and we are holding regular events during the year for elderly residents with an aim of reducing social isolation and loneliness.
CNCA run a befriending service and many of the clients we support are housebound. Over the last couple of weeks we have delivered Easter Eggs to them. Huge thanks Morrisons Croydon @CroydonChampion for their kind donation.
We run a Digital Drop-In at @AgeUKCroydon in Thornton Heath on Tuesday afternoons 2pm-4pm - come along for friendly help with your phone, tablet or computer. We can help with a single issue or develop your skills.
