Facilitated by: CORD Ghana, AbibiNsroma Foundation, FIDEP Foundation with allied partners in the Africa Agroecology Movement, youth networks, and research coalitions
As the world prepares for UNEA-7, this online dialogue will gather policymakers, researchers, farmers, and youth movements to reflect on the role of agroecology as a driver of ecological restoration, food sovereignty, and climate justice. This Digital Caravan aims to explore how evidence from communities, research institutions, and civil society can inform multilateral decisions on land, food systems, and resilience. The session will highlight African leadership, knowledge sovereignty, and intergenerational collaboration as foundations for a just and sustainable transition.
Primary Objective: To consolidate African and global perspectives on agroecology as a transformative pathway within UNEA-7 deliberations.
