2 oz grapefruit juice
½ oz hibiscus simple syrup
½ oz limoncelleo
10 drops Crude Smoke and Salt bitters
Grapefruit soda to top
Garnish: Lemon thyme fresh grapefruit

These are favorite bitters for a Manhattan. Some pair best with the rye and some pair best with the vermouth. But a glass is what we recommend. 😁

Grapefruit twist
