@KLM So yes, I’ve been stupid enough to buy a so called light ticket. For the whole family. Stockholm to Amsterdam. Which already cost me 1400 (light) euros. A family crisis occurred. A close friend will pass away soon. So I would like to change my booking. #klm

More than willing to pay extra. Since I booked that light ticket. But after talking to your customer service I was explained that this not possible. No way. Impossible. I should buy a one-way ticket on the desired new departure day. 1800 euros..#klm
