@seanbegins87@DCSnyder5Fan That’s the thing, why did it matter if he was framed for it? He did kill the one guy straight up - shoved him through several stone walls. Also, they’d find the bullet holes and accelerant on the ones he was framed for. Such a stupid, stupid movie!
@MrGabeHernandez I actually liked Superman. I’d rather the Kent’s be simple farmers than objectivist philosophers who happen to live in a farm.
But I agree. The hard R of some of these productions is unnecessary and is limiting the audience. Supergirl was a terrible misfire.
@TheExtremeMusi1 Um … all bands we know and love will fade into obscurity at some point. Hendrix, Zeppelin, The Doors and other bands from my parents’ era, yeah my kids couldn’t give a crap about them. They are as distant from them as ragtime is from me.
@SithFemboyScryr@ShazBoi2003 It’s biggest problem was the marketing. They marketed it directly to 50 year old men who haven’t thought about MOTU in years. They should have marketed it as something new to the younger generation.
@Noveby39@BlackMajikMan90 That’s the thing. When nothing has been as good as the original Iron Man or The Dark Knight or the first Avengers in years, people grow tired of it. CGI cartoon fights just don’t hold weight any more. Hopefull the next Spidey will be decent.
@BlackMajikMan90 After Godzilla Minus One, there is just no excuse to spend $170 to $200 million on a movie. Had Supergirl been produced for $25 million it would have been a huge success with what it’s taken in. And here’s the thing, Minus One looks better than Supergirl on every level.
@TheExtremeMusi1 Let’s see … a generational guitarist, a man who sings across five octaves, and a punk rock bassist, of some guys in plaid? GNR all the way.
@thetanmaygupta@CineWad So, Lex just happened to know Bruce was Batman and Clark is Superman? What was his plan of Doomsday killed Superman? How would he stop the monster? Why would Bruce (a detective) not stop and question why someone was sending him mail meant to manipulate him?
@kevinnbass Tenet was a film where the concept got out of control and became junk by the end. Nolan has some great films, but he is a guy who needs boundaries and constraints to rein him in. Plus, he never seems to get enough coverage and it creates continuity issues.
