@HalifaxBank I’m not sure either of us have the strength to go through another one of your elongated processes. Do you really think explaining that you have a learning system is going to be of any use to an 86-year-old Customer? Surely you should have some compassion for older customers?

@HalifaxBank It took my mum 90 minutes to move some of HER money from a Halifax account (earning 1% from yesterday having dropped from 4%) to another one of her accounts at YBS earning 3.90%. All done beautifully online by her until she has to ring an 0800 number.
@sainsburys disappointed to hear how you treat your brilliant delivery drivers. One driver is on “two strikes” for taking partner to A&E twice and another had stress of being told he had to work despite having booked the time off. Caring? Wellbeing?
