@Alexe525 @JonPgh Coaches don’t pick players. They get hired to a team with existing players and GM then supplies the players year after year. Some HCs get talented teams. Some don’t. Injuries, officiating, schedule, etc. are other forms of luck. And a HC can coach perfectly and still lose.
