The food industry ignored it for 22 years. Last month, the internet rediscovered it.

So that's a lesson learned - apparently gridrecipe works great with the simpler recipes - but once you started adding complexity, they started failing a bit. Need better analytics and feedback loops for when things like this fail. Pushed a better build now!

A question always becomes, how do I actually communicate to people how easy a thing can be - and is it worth doing?

So then you end up going into the spiral of trying to audit what your employees are doing, and then maybe you get incomplete metrics that don't tell the entire picture etc. Fuck me for trusting people with no proper oversight, I suppose. Failure on me for lack of direction? 🤷‍♂️

The pressure of having employees and all the concerns and headaches that entails is really grinding on me 🙃

Especially when that sneaking feeling of "I am doing so much, but it feels like almost nobody else is contributing" - it's a toxic mentality but I can't really drop it...
