@smartnfunny @MintoCommGTA Any city street we work on would be awarded through the tendering process. The roads chosen for contracts are picked for many different reasons by many different departments within the city. I’m sorry if that answer doesn’t help much, but it’s the best I can give.

You should always stay back to help snow plow drivers do their job. It is extremely dangerous to pass either between or around snow plows because of whiteout conditions and the ridge of snow being passed between plows.
