Zephyr stood nervously by the door to the café where he'd have his interview. It had been a while since he'd been to an interview of any kind, never mind one back home, and he could feel anxiety and dread filling his chest.

"hello, welcome to What the Shift. I'm your shifting waiter Zephyr, what will your shifting order be?", he hoped he'd done that right, and not jumped the gun. Although now he thought about it, -

@BREAKMYJAWS He took a deep breath, realising that it was possible Dewa was just as anxious and awkward as he was, and if he didn't take the initiative they'd be standing by the door for the rest of the night.

"right, follow me!" he grinned widely, and held the door open for Dewa.

@CrocmonToka He let out a chuckle as she erupted with laughter, hoping she knew he wasn't actually so awkward as to do that in front of customers.

"yes, of course, Ill be your shadow today then", he placed the ticket book into his jacket pocket with his pen, so that he didn't lose them.

With a flat hum, he dialed ALL the numbers. Italian, Chinese, Thai - you name it. Just... Casually order their most popular dish, whatever it is.

“Uh, so— wine. I’ll go get them in the liquor store now, if you don’t mind?”

He followed patiently, as Toka led the way, making note of the different areas that they passed once again so's not to be a burden later on down the line.
